Opening a BigBunny account is quick, but the few minutes you spend getting it right now will save you days of back and forth with support later, especially when you want to withdraw. Here is exactly how the Big Bunny registration works and what to double check along the way.

Before you register: what you need
- Age 21 or older. Gambling is restricted to adults 21 and above in the Philippines, and accounts belonging to minors are closed.
- A Philippine mobile number you actually use, since your OTPs and password resets go there.
- A GCash, Maya or bank account in your own name for cash in and cash out.
- A valid government ID such as a UMID, driver’s licence, passport, PhilSys National ID or postal ID, in case BigBunny asks you to verify.
How to register on BigBunny step by step
- Go to the official BigBunny site or app and tap Register or Sign Up.
- Enter your mobile number. Use the +63 format and drop the first 0 if the country code is already filled in.
- Create a password. Mix letters and numbers, and do not reuse your GCash or email password.
- Add a referral or promo code only if you have one from an official BigBunny promotion. It is optional.
- Request and enter the OTP sent by SMS.
- Agree to the terms after skimming the sections on bonuses and withdrawals.
- Complete your profile with your full legal name and date of birth. Make sure the name matches your GCash or bank account exactly.
That is it. You can now log in, browse the games and visit the cashier. If you get stuck at any point, the BigBunny login guide covers OTP and password issues in detail.
Account verification (KYC) explained
KYC stands for Know Your Customer. Licensed operators verify players to stop fraud, underage gambling and money laundering. At BigBunny, verification may be requested at sign up, before your first withdrawal, or when you cash out a larger amount.
You may be asked for:
- A clear photo of a valid government ID
- A selfie holding the same ID
- Proof that the GCash or bank account is yours, such as a screenshot of the account name
Take photos in good light, make sure all four corners of the ID are visible and avoid glare. Blurry or cropped photos are the number one reason verification gets rejected.
What to do right after you sign up
- Set your limits. Decide a daily or weekly budget. If the account has deposit limit tools, use them.
- Read the current promos. Check the Promotions page before your first deposit, because some welcome offers only apply to the first cash in. Our BigBunny bonus guide explains how rollover works.
- Link your e-wallet. Add the GCash or Maya account you will withdraw to.
- Make a small first deposit. Follow the GCash deposit steps and start small while you get to know the platform.
- Install the app if you want. See the BigBunny app guide for Android and iPhone.
Registration mistakes that cause problems later
| Mistake | Why it matters |
|---|---|
| Using a nickname instead of your legal name | Withdrawals can be held until your name matches your ID and e-wallet |
| Registering with a friend’s number | You lose control of OTPs and password resets |
| Opening a second account for another bonus | Duplicate accounts usually break the terms and can lead to closure and forfeited winnings |
| Signing up through an unofficial link | You could be handing your details to a scam page |
| Claiming a bonus without reading the rollover | Your balance may be locked until the wagering is complete |
