For most players, BigBunny and GCash go hand in hand. You cash in from the app you already use for bills and padala, and you cash out to the same wallet. This guide walks you through BigBunny deposits and withdrawals with GCash, Maya and bank transfer, plus what to do if money does not show up when it should.

How to deposit on BigBunny with GCash
- Log in to BigBunny and tap Deposit or Cash In.
- Choose GCash as your payment method.
- Enter the amount and, if you want a bonus, select it now. Some offers cannot be added after the deposit.
- Follow the payment link or QR code. You will be sent to GCash or shown a QR to scan.
- Approve the payment in your GCash app and wait for the confirmation screen.
- Save the reference number from GCash. Take a screenshot.
- Check your BigBunny balance. It usually updates within a minute or two.
Safety tip: You only ever enter your GCash MPIN inside the official GCash app. If a web page or chat agent asks for your MPIN or OTP, stop. That is a scam.
How to withdraw from BigBunny to GCash
- Make sure your account is verified and your BigBunny name matches your GCash name.
- Check any active bonus. Unfinished rollover can block withdrawals.
- Tap Withdraw and choose GCash.
- Add or select your GCash number. It must be in your own name.
- Enter the amount within the limits shown.
- Confirm with your withdrawal password or OTP if asked.
- Track the status in your transaction history until it says completed.
Many verified BigBunny withdrawals arrive quickly, but your first cash out, larger amounts or withdrawals during busy hours may be reviewed manually first. A delay is not automatically a problem.
Using Maya or bank transfer
Maya works almost exactly like GCash: choose Maya in the cashier, approve in the Maya app, and withdraw back to the same wallet. Bank transfer and InstaPay are useful for bigger amounts or if your e-wallet has hit its monthly limit. Bank withdrawals can take longer, especially on weekends and holidays.
Deposit not credited? Here is what to do
- Wait five to ten minutes. Most delays clear on their own.
- Check GCash to confirm the payment actually went through and was not reversed.
- Refresh your BigBunny balance or log out and back in.
- Contact BigBunny live chat with your GCash reference number, amount, date and time, plus your screenshot.
- Do not send the payment again while the first one is being checked, or you may end up chasing two transactions.
Why a BigBunny withdrawal might be delayed
| Reason | How to fix it |
|---|---|
| Account not verified | Submit your ID and selfie through the verification page |
| Name mismatch with GCash | Ask support to correct your profile name or use an account in your name |
| Bonus rollover not complete | Finish the wagering or forfeit the bonus |
| Amount above daily limit | Split the withdrawal or wait for the limit to reset |
| GCash wallet limit reached | Upgrade your GCash account or withdraw to a bank instead |
| Security review | Wait for the review and respond quickly to any requests |
