The BigBunny login takes about ten seconds when everything works. When it does not, it is usually something small: a wrong number format, an OTP that never arrived, or a fake page pretending to be Big Bunny. This guide covers the normal sign in flow first, then every common fix.

How to log in to BigBunny on your phone
- Open the official BigBunny site in Chrome or Safari, or tap the BigBunny app icon if you installed it.
- Tap Login, usually in the top right corner.
- Enter your mobile number exactly as you registered it. If the +63 code is already shown, type the rest of the number without the leading 0.
- Type your password, paying attention to capital letters.
- Enter the OTP if BigBunny sends one by SMS, then tap confirm.
Once you are in, you land on the lobby with your balance shown at the top. From there you can go straight to slots, live casino, sports or the cashier.
BigBunny login on desktop
The desktop flow is the same as mobile. Open the official site in your browser, click Login, enter your mobile number and password, and confirm any OTP. Desktop is handy for live casino because the bigger screen makes tables and bet history easier to read, but everything you can do on a computer you can also do on your phone.
Logging in through the Big Bunny app
If you installed the Android APK or added BigBunny to your iPhone home screen, the app remembers your number after the first sign in. Many phones also let you use fingerprint or face unlock if the app supports it. If the app keeps logging you out, clear its cache in your phone settings or reinstall it from the official site. Our BigBunny app guide has the install steps.
Forgot your BigBunny password?
- On the login screen, tap Forgot Password.
- Enter the mobile number linked to your account.
- Type the OTP you receive by SMS.
- Choose a new password and confirm it.
- Log in again with the new password.
If you no longer have access to the number on your account, password reset by SMS will not work. In that case, contact BigBunny live chat. Expect to verify your identity with your full name, date of birth and possibly an ID photo before they can update your number.
Common BigBunny login problems and fixes
| Problem | Likely cause | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| “Incorrect account or password” | Typo, old saved password, wrong number format | Retype manually, check the leading 0, reset password if needed |
| OTP not arriving | Weak signal, SMS filter, too many requests | Wait 60 seconds, check spam SMS folder, restart phone, try again |
| Page not loading | Network block, outdated link, browser cache | Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, clear cache, use the official bookmark |
| Account locked | Several wrong password attempts | Wait for the lock to clear or ask live chat to unlock |
| Logged out repeatedly | Private browsing, cookies blocked, app cache | Use a normal browser tab, allow cookies, reinstall the app |
Avoid fake BigBunny login pages
Because BigBunny is such a popular search, scam pages copy its logo and colours to steal login details and GCash information. A few habits keep you safe:
- Bookmark the official BigBunny address the first time you visit and always log in from that bookmark.
- Do not log in through links sent by strangers on Facebook, Telegram or SMS, even if they promise a bonus.
- BigBunny staff will never ask for your password or your GCash MPIN.
- If a page asks for your GCash PIN on the BigBunny site itself, close it. GCash approvals happen inside the GCash app.
Keep your Big Bunny account secure
- Use a password you do not use for email, Facebook or GCash.
- Turn on any extra security the account settings offer, such as login alerts.
- Log out when you use a shared or borrowed phone.
- Check your bet and transaction history now and then for anything you do not recognise.
Do not have an account yet? Follow the BigBunny register guide first. Once you are logged in, the GCash deposit guide walks you through your first cash in.
